A Morning at Cabela’s

While searching the aisles, Sam found a splint named after him. He is proud that his product earned shelf space at Cabela’s. He says he uses it even when he has not broken a bone.

This morning Sam and I drove over to meet Ben at Cabela’s in Hazelwood to get some trip necessities before our departure on June 8. This was the first time we had all been together, so it was technically our first crew meeting. On the drive over, Sam and I discussed the larger vision of the trip in our Coronastoga Wagon. While masked up we added boots, socks, water filters, the all important trowel, and other trip items to our inventory. Sam got perhaps the most important item though: beef jerky! We enjoyed that on the drive home.
